Sea-based rocket recovery platform holding position offshore

We get specialized ships built in China.

We come out of specialized vessel ownership. We know which yards, suppliers and design partners can actually do what your project needs. We say so straight and stay through to delivery.

Our services

We work for the owner.

Start with one service, or the whole build.

01

Newbuild delivery

Choosing the design, and a yard with real capacity for it — then getting the ship built and delivered.

02

Project recovery

For builds already late, over cost or stuck, where the argument has usually started.

03

Design implementation

International design into Chinese production, without losing the intent.

04

Equipment qualification

Chinese propulsion, deck handling and energy systems: verified to work, not just to cost less.

Why us
01

We come from the owner's side

Our team is drawn from every side of a newbuild — owners, designers, and China's leading yards themselves. So when we tell you what a yard or an equipment maker will actually do, it is from having sat in their chair, not from reading their brochure.

02

We navigate you through fully booked yards

Merchant orders have absorbed the capacity. Tier-one yards are tight and a slot is hard to lock; tier-two yards will take your ship, but whether they can build it is another question. We secure slots at the first — and at the second, we close the capability gap rather than just flag it.

03

We solve rather than just report

A broker's work ends at signature; a supervisor's ends with a report. Ours ends when the ship works. We know how far a defect actually has to be corrected, who to call to close it, and how to get that done without a claim letter.

Founder
Yunjun Lu, Founder and Chairman

“I organised the design and construction of specialized vessels with Chinese yards, designers and suppliers — and fell into most of the traps myself. I want to put that experience, and the network I built, to work for owners globally.”

Yunjun Lu went to sea before he owned ships. From the early 2000s he began building and operating his own — asphalt carriers, platform supply vessels, research ships, PCTCs — and became the first private owner in China to invest in and operate ocean-going research vessels commercially. There was no precedent and nobody to ask; every lesson was paid for. He still owns and runs a six-vessel research and offshore support fleet, built through the same yards and suppliers an international owner has to deal with today, and is expanding into new vessel applications.

Specialized survey vessel design
What we mean by specialized

Built for specialised work, with equipment that can matter more than the ship itself, and a design that could still be running when construction starts.

Research & surveyLaboratories, quiet hulls, and equipment that works over the side.
Offshore support & constructionDeck space, cranes and dynamic positioning for work offshore.
Heavy liftDesigned around the lift itself, not the cargo.
Cable & pipe layingCarousels, tensioners and precise track-keeping.
Marine spaceportLaunch and recovery, from a platform holding position at sea.
Floating power plantGeneration moored offshore, feeding the grid ashore.
Full electric shipsBatteries instead of fuel, and everything that changes.
New applicationsThe ship type that does not have a name yet.
